Who we are
Studio Kkross is a sole proprietorship based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. We make mobile games, starting with Woodlock. The person responsible for protecting personal information is the owner of Studio Kkross, reachable at contact@kkrossgames.com.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email or contacts through the game. Your puzzle progress and settings are stored on your device.
If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write, and we use it only to answer you.
Third-party services
Woodlock uses services from other companies to run, show ads and fix problems. They may collect information from your device on their own terms:
- Google AdMob (ads): may collect your device's advertising ID, approximate location from IP address, and how you interact with ads, to show and measure ads. Google's ad policy.
- Google Play services / Apple App Store: handle downloads and any purchases. We never see your payment details.
- Crash reports: if the game crashes, anonymous technical data (device model, system version, error details) may be sent so we can fix it.
Your choices
- You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your phone settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- On iPhone, the game asks your permission before any tracking for ads. Saying no does not change the game.
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@kkrossgames.com.
Children
Woodlock is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
Emails are kept only as long as needed to help you, then deleted. Information on your device stays there until you delete the game.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
